Privacy Policy

AI Growth Studio (“we,” “us”) is a business based in Illinois, United States. We set up and manage call answering, lead follow-up and review systems for service businesses. Contact us at jpb635@gmail.com or 618-946-6555.

This policy covers this website and the audit booking process. Work we do for clients is also covered by our written agreement with that client.

• Information you give us. When you book an audit: your name, email, phone number if requested, business details and answers to booking questions. When you use our contact form: your name, business name, industry, phone number and email. When you email, call or text us: what you choose to share.
• Information collected automatically. Anonymous, aggregated usage and performance data (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate region, page speed), collected without cookies. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and stop spam.
• Information from service providers. Booking details passed to us by our scheduling provider when you book.

We don't ask for, and you shouldn't send us, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information.

• To schedule and run your audit call and send your written report.
• To respond to you, follow up about your request, and discuss our services.
• To operate, secure and improve the website (including preventing spam and abuse).
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to enforce our Terms.

If you request a callback, Joe will use your number to respond to that inquiry. Appointment texts (a booking confirmation and reminders before your call) are sent only if you select the optional text consent when booking. Reminder emails use your booking details. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Text consent is not required to book or buy anything, and does not subscribe you to marketing.

Illinois law requires the consent of everyone on a call before it is recorded. We never record a call without first asking and getting everyone's permission. Recording is required for the audit so Joe can prepare the written report accurately. We disclose this before booking and confirm consent again before recording begins.

This website does not collect biometric identifiers or biometric information (such as voiceprints, fingerprints or face geometry) as defined by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act. If a service we build for a client involves voice or other biometric data, it is handled under our written agreement with that client and in line with that law, including written notice, consent and a retention and destruction schedule.

We share personal information only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers that work for us under contract: Calendly (scheduling), Google Calendar and Apps Script (calendar-based appointment reminders), Vercel (website hosting and cookie-free analytics), Airtable (inquiry records), Twilio (appointment messages and internal inquiry notifications), our email tools, and Google Analytics if we turn it on.
• Legal reasons: to comply with law, a court order or other legal process, or to protect our rights, customers or others.
• Business transfers: if our business is sold or merged, under this policy's protections.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising.

Marketing emails, if we send any, will identify us, include our contact details, and include a way to unsubscribe, as required by the federal CAN-SPAM Act. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

Our own analytics don't use cookies and don't track you across other websites. We store the source of your visit and industry page in your browser for up to 30 days to understand which channels lead to bookings. The embedded Calendly scheduler, and Google Analytics if enabled, may set their own cookies under their privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

We keep contact and booking information while we're in touch or working together, and for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records). Then we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable law.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also opt out of calls, texts and marketing emails at any time. Email jpb635@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we'll respond within 45 days. If the law where you live gives you additional privacy rights, we will honor them as required.

This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
