These terms are an agreement between you and AI Growth Studio, a business based in Illinois. By using theaigrowthstudio.com or booking an audit, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

The site describes services we offer to businesses. It isn't an offer to sell anything on stated terms. Any paid work is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

• The AI Business Audit is free and includes a call of about 45 minutes and a written report, usually delivered within 2–3 business days.
• There is no obligation to purchase services. Recommended AI solutions and implementation are priced separately and discussed on a follow-up call.
• Recording is required for the audit to prepare the written report. Consent is requested during booking and confirmed with everyone before recording starts. Contact Joe before booking if you have questions about recording.
• An audit and its report are our professional opinion based on what you share with us. They are not a guarantee of any particular result, revenue or savings, and they are not legal, tax or financial advice.

We confirm the price of any paid audit before your call, and the price and payment terms of any other work in writing before work begins. Prices on the site may change, but a price we've confirmed to you in writing will be honored.

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, and that electronic notices satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. A callback request authorizes Joe to call you about your inquiry. Appointment reminder texts require the separate, optional consent on the booking form. Text consent is not a condition of booking or purchase; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Please don't misuse the site: no spam, scraping, attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, and no submitting another person's information without their permission.

The site's text, design and graphics belong to AI Growth Studio or its licensors and are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse its content without permission.

Some features are provided by other companies, such as the Calendly scheduler. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for their services.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Growth Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or an audit is limited to the amount you paid us for that audit, or $100 if you paid nothing. Some laws don't allow certain limits, so these may not all apply to you.

If you misuse the site or break these terms, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs (including attorneys' fees) that result for AI Growth Studio, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver. These terms, with our Privacy Policy and any written agreement with you, are the full agreement about the site.

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed; changes apply from that date.
